My nice car has been hit! and the right front bumper is smacked. Luckily the damage was only on the front bumper as it was very close to getting damaged on the side of the car.

I haven't modded the car, but i was thinking maybe insurance could be a good opportunity to get it replaced with a kit... any suggestions?

I will get pics of it later.

I dont think the mugen kit will fix the bumper damage as its only a clip on down the bottom.
Might have to goto Honda or Panel Beater to get it repaired =S
Pics will make it easier to help.=]

Yeah the mugen kit is lip only. Damn, sorry to hear about the new car already getting damaged.

Call honda and see how much they'd charge for a new front bumper, and let us know how much! ;)

Or is it repairable?

I wasn't home last night, so i couldn't upload the pics, i will do tonight...

I'm not sure if it's repairable, never been in this position before lol... basically the right hand side of the front bumper is all dented in but the car is drivable.

i've called honda but i'll need to take the car in for them to have a look, i'll get this done tomorrow.

I don't think there are any full front bumper bodykits yet for the FD. Well none in Aus anyway.

Sorry about the delay.

Here are the pics, they're pretty poor quality though.

That front bumper is finished. These plastic bumpers you get these days are light but disposable after the slightest damage.

Time to get a new one.
