I was just given 1998 Honda Integra by my parent's for my birthday. The first thing I did was check the engine no. to see what was under the hood, the engine no is just B18132....... I searched the forum already and I'm not entirely sure what is under the hood. Can anyone help me out here

yes your engine should be B18B as nicole said above.

YEAH DOOD, TAKE IT FOR A DRIVE, YOU WILL KNOW if its vtec or not. I heard that its similar to turning the air-con off. Or you can see if theres a giant DOHC VTEC decal staring at you in the face.
