no you cant. Your jazz = 4x100 stud pattern.
You change to 5 stud by changing your hub and stud over...from say a DC5 for example. EXpensive job just to use 5x114.3 rims

make a custom bolt on adaptors 4x100 to 5x114,3 for about $100 each.

or get the rims re drilled.
or, if they're new wheels, get them ordered as blanks and get them drilled at the correct stud pattern.

both mentioned are unsafe and probably illegal.
Last option works - drill wheels in the correct variant to begin with :)

yeah i agree :thumbsup::thumbsup:
get them right the first time. What a stupid way to die, just cause you wanted to look cool but chose the cheap route.

As Ben said - dont do either of the above. Just get the correct stud pattern in the first place.
thank you guys for the comments

yes the offset and wheel size is correct - will fit
but you need 215/35/18 tyres coz 225/40/18s will scrub big time.

It may depend on the spoke design of the rim.
When I had the Jazz +42 offset would not clear the calipers, although the rims were in 15'.

17x7 4x100 +42
What tyres do I need so it won't scrub on a Jazz? I'm planning to get my guards rolled too.

205/40 will be fine. go for 195/40 if u wish but tats a harder size to find.
+42, 17x7, no major issue if u hav moderate drop.
