Probably the headgasket is damaged. Do a leakdown test at a trustable mech.

If you want to save $$$, first check the oil cap & dip stick to see whether any milky colour before go to mechanic to do leakdown test.

Sounds like headgasket from cylinder to water channel. So its possible that you won't get any water in your oil.

We had this problem in our camry where there were no visible leak, no water in oil. Just some water comming out back and air being forced in to the water system when engine running, under compression.

Just be carefull on startup in the morning. Because water can seep back into a cylinder and when you start it, Bang. Water does not compress and you could do damage.

Best bet, get your mechanic to check it out.
