Anyone know what the correct spring rate is for the Buddy Club N+ for a DC2R?

i believe its:
10 front
6 rear

yep the site says 10/6.
But this is for DC2 Integras in general, is this the optimum spring rate, because ive seen others discuss the pro's and cons of different spring rates. I also for some reason remember reading the rates for the type R are different?
Am i hullucinating?

the buddy club N+ has 1 model with slight changes for EG/DC , EK and then DC2R. the only difference is the lower mount on the rear shocks - its bush style to suit EG6/DC2R OR fork style to suit EK OR EG/DC

i have to say, what a remarkable difference. The the car feels like it was stock, but better now, very responsive and positive in its feel.
Just waiting on a good alighment next saturday, but for now it is a great buy fellas, much recommended!

Yeah, everything I had heard regarding BCs was that they were some of the hardest around. My Tein Flex are 12/10 and I've been told they're softer than the BCs.
they are fairly stiff.. tight feeling to them as well
