I got 18's with tein SS, I droped mine about 2 1/2 to 3 inch all round.
That works fine for me:thumbsup:

not quite as fun as my teg but i thought pretty sexy...esp the led taillights....anyway this car used to drive me mad always swcraping guttters and the like....got the teg now (ahhh that's better) but it's sitting at standard height now.....and i love not having to worry about scraping & scratching things but it would look so much better a little lower...so im same wanna know a good usuable height :)

I got 17" with Tein Flex. No gap between tyre and side guard.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

+1
Just drop them nearly to the bottom of the threads on SS. Maybe leave 5-10mm of thread showing below the spring perches.
Your exhaust may scrape but exhausts are expendable.

i find the DC5 sit way too high from the factory..
lowering by 1.5-2.0inch all round is ideal.
i wouldn't go anymore than that as clearance of car will be under the legal 100mm.
