Disclaimer: The following is provided as a GUIDE ONLY, and neither myself nor Ozhonda take any responsibility for the outcomes of someone else doing the following. You follow these steps at your own risk!
Aim: After removing the centre of my air vent to install a guage i found that i couldn't mount it back on as the parts i had removed used to hold it in place. with simple diy solves this problem buy keeping the vent where it is meant to be without it falling off.
Required: paper clips (as many as you would like to attach), hot glue gun, hot glue sticks (i barely used 1)
Steps:
Step 1. Plug in your glue gun so it warms up as this step is quick. Start by twisting the paper clip into the type of clip you desire. The way i did mine is shown in the pictures. This way when attached to the air vent and pressed into the dash the paper clips spring out and hold the vent in place. Make sure to make the length of the clip few millimeters shorter from the edge of the vent so it has room to open once vent is pushed into place.

Step 2. By now your glue gun should be ready to go . Insert one of the glue sticks and glue the paper clips onto the vent. I used 4 in total and glued 1 in each direction (up, down, left, right)

Step 3. Re-attach vent into dash

Other comments: This is a cheap effective way to solve interior issues such as the one i had. it takes less than 15 minutes and costs less than $15 if you have none of the above mentioned items. You man also find that twisting the paper clip into a different shape and length may produce a better result.
