you gotta have the "member" status and be joined for atleast 3 months

You need to be 'member' status.

So that means having postive PQ points + at least 3 months of having been registered to Ozhonda.com

This was implemented to stop individuals signing up for the sole purpose of selling.

Try carsales.com.au, drive.com.au, tradingpost.com.au
