just a few things that have always been on my mind.

so i know that anything other than stock is a defect. also that a oil exposed pod filter is a defect.
The cai doesnt have an exposed pod...if the coppers saw the pipping would it be defected?

I'm pretty sure all states differ so probably best adding a location so people can help you. But in melbourne you are allowed an intake modification with no defects, so I've been told.

the intake arm itself can be a defect (if its not the original one) if the copper wants to get u for it.

went into defect station and the guy was thinking... thats standard so cleard it without trouble.
but like i said cops can defect anything they please. its just if they wanna pick on u or not
