Rear bar on EG

I just sit there looking at the rear bar of my EG and it keeps sagging more and more. The gap between the bar and the body just gets bigger and bigger. Anyone else had this problem? Know how to solve it...?

I push it up and in and it gets better but i dont know how i would fix it in that spot... Thanks guys

give a better idea at who ever is goign to solve yoru problem

need new plastic gromments so the screws that hold up the bar has more grip
