DC5R too low

Hey I read somewhere that it's bad to lower the DC5R too much because you can rub against the steering rods or something?

Can someone clarify this, and how low must you be for problems to start

the front shocks , are "macpherson struts" and include the steering arm in one unit. Go too low and you will reduce your steering effort and possibly damage your steering rack.
