engineer certificate for doing the convertion

hey, i am still waiting for my b18c to fully install into my EG3, i was told that i need a engineer certificate to do that because 1.3 to 1.8 is over the limit, so i was wondering if anyone in WA(if WA has different law to the rest) or in aus know anything about it. like what do i have to do to get that, and what to do with the government department etc....

Talk to your local Road Authority.

I'm surprised no one has even replied to this post yet.

Your local Road/Traffic Authority will inform you of your local engineering signatories.

You should be able to ask your Mechanic. He should know what happens.
