Is stock dc5 type R HID blue/white or bit yellowish?

I'm thinking of buying this white type R:

-2003
-46 000km
-poorly maintained on the outside, scratches bits here and there.
-well maintained inside except bucket seat cloth at thigh area worn out on driver's side and heaps of scratches on the boot plastics.
-Totally stock.
-HID light bit yellowish, is stock HID suppose to be white/blue? How many k is the stock bulbs?
-The guy's asking for $27k

Australian spec DC5R, doesn't come with HIDs. It's most likely after market.
