hey between EBC green stuff and Project Mu Type NS, which do you think is better for street and occasional track?

It eats rotors and is nowhere near the stopping power of NS. If you can afford NS, go for NS. If you can spare a little more money, go for NR as they are more gentle on the rotors than NS.

Sorry to hijack the thread but are the Ferodo DS2500's very dusty?
What about price difference between the DS2500's and the Project Mu NS/NR's?

Cheers

Race brakes in melbourne make a very good pad, almost no dust, better than EPC Green, and cheaper than most brands, they only have one problem, they are very loud and squeaky

^ Do you mean the RB74 compound? They are priced pretty well, but I can't give a comparison to the others as I have only used those and OEM. I've taken about 0.25mm off of the front rotors in 16,000km and 5 track days.

Yes, they are very dusty, but bite well. I have them all around.

There the ones;)

I would put them above all pads mentioned for Road & Track use, almost no dust, when there warm they bite as hard as EPC Red's, and there priced pretty good (my GTi Corolla EPC Green = $230 front, Race brakes RB74 = $180)
but as i mentioned they squeak bad.

and having not used the Ferodo's i can't really compare, but i would rather put up with squeaky pads over dusty ones.

EBC green are good for street/ occasional track. They don't eat rotors. For sub $150 there pretty good value.

It depends on which rotors you have. If you are using an aftermarket rotor, the iron composition is usually harder and works well with EBC's higher abrasion. Some brands even sell rotors with different hardness levels (i.e. RacingBrake). But with softer discs on the new Hondas like the OEM ones on the Accord Euro, they eat/groove the rotors quite quickly. It also applies to other more abrasive pads, not only EBC's.
