Removing Side Protector Strips

Hi All,

I need a little help, i'm getting the door protector strips colour coded on my 93 4dr civic. To save on labour i want to remove them myself can anyone please give me a flyby of what steps need to be taken....

riteo.. take off ur door trims, and push them out from the inside.... for the ones at the front near the guard and after the door, take off ur fender rubber lining bit and pop it from there... :) eassy!!
