hey guys i hav an air leak in my wheels wonder if i can patch it up instead of buying new tyres i assume theres a little whole somwhere cos it deflates real slow i know i can patch it up if i ran over a nail but i don think i did
so can i still patch it up if i didnt run over a nail?
You need to know why its leaking in order to patch it.
Take it to a tyre store and see if they can locate the leak for you.
Shouldnt cost more than $20 to patch it.

nope cause the sidewalls are the hardest part of the tyre , so if u repair it and go over a bump the patch will shoot out bcoz the pressure

i've repaired a side wall with the patch kit before it was fine. Mine came from a large nail, ran the tyre for another year before it ran out of tread.
Take the wheel off, put it in a large pool of water and see where the leak is from.
If its a nail get patch kit from supercheap about $25, with i think 4 patches in a kit.
If its leaking from the side walls, where the wheel is try a can of tyre foam in a can $10 from supercheap. Read the instructions on use, it works pretty well.
