Hey guys. Im currently looking into doing a H22a engine conversion into my EG civic. I was just wondering if anyone would be able to tell me what size brakes I will need to have installed to have it road legal?

I would say that if you did an SiR conversion, maybe some slotted rotors on the front too, then you would be fine!

you need the same sized brakes that came with the engine size.
So , prelude brakes are 282mm fronts so get them ( prelude / integra type R are the most common)

to make it street legal your gonna have to get it engineered. The engineer will then likely decide if its going to be legal.
I'd change to the h22 brakes like Ben said also, to give that stopping power you need.

how much does it cost and how hard is it to get a engineers report on car mods?
