fitting bumpers

i just wanna know if it's easy to remove the front and rear bumpers...
and install a new one on...
the new one will be type R bumper...

civic bumpers take like 10mins to remove
plastic caps on top, screws on edge of wheel arches and bolt/screw underneath

is that the same for ED? my rear bumper has been pushed in before and i want to put it back to normal...is it that easy>?
