Does the JDM EG6 have black interior?

i'm always seeing parts for sale stating they are Gen. EG6 interior parts.
dash, consoles, etc...

is the Gen. JDM EG6 come with black interior or is it grey?

im not sure what it came out of the factory.

does any1 know that could help me?

trims are grey, but could be wrong. My eg6 seats have rear grey plastic trims + the joining bit from the seat to the headrest.
And this interesting Hasegawa EG6 SIR II 1:24 model says it's grey too :D

they are so many things, esp on ebay and other places that sell EG6 interior that are black.


can the dash be painted black? or will it wear quickly?

i wouldnt paint it man, might distort in the heat
probly best way to get black dash is to retrim it to black vinal

Best Idea if you are looking for black interior for your EG hatch is to

1/ Get and EG9 (JDM SiR Sedan) dash console ETC

2/ Get a complete set of EG coupe interior including door trims as it is a straight swap. I am not sure what you would do with the boot area.

there are three colours available
grey sir , black sir 2 models
and the black with black/red trim in the sirs models

i think EG would look better with black interior...
