AP2 exhaust tips on AP1?!

so what you guys wrekn? i havent done it yet but i can get a hold of ap2 tips.. i think it will make the bar look more full.. has anyone done this yet? how does it look and is it just simply a whack off and on?

hey dudes.. its done.. i wacked them on.. it actually dosent look too bad FLY.. i wrekn it fill up the rear bar more.. because u know where the exhaust is.. even though our tips were round.. the cut out on the bar is like kinda longish.. not actually round.. only problem is.. the tips stick out more.. but easy fix.. just gotta cut the end pipes abit shorter so the tips slide further in.. i had a look at the ap2 muffler the end pipes are alot shorter that ap1s..

no pics yet.. but yeah try to picture it lol.. it took me abit of time to get use to but now i rekn it looks heaps better.. alot more beefier.. lol..*thumbs up*

how much are the standard ones from honda?

tips are about $110-120 each, bargain with them...

I just got the AP2 tips, and they are SO far off from fitting correctly it's not funny...

What did you use to cut the tips? Do u think a dremel would be enough? the metal is a bit thick...Also that dude who looked at the AP2 exhaust, did you measure how much shorter the tips are by any chance?

I ended up cutting my exhaust so the AP2 tips sit flush with the bumper!
