I found this 91 NSX at the right price but its got pretty high mileage
it clocked 203,000 kms

the only thing I'm worry about is wear and tear on the engine and drivetrain...

are C30 or C32 engines easy to find?

does anyone have Nico's phone number?

that NSX has been for sale for a year or more now

there are better options if u want an NSX

nico's NSX is almost back to stock with NA2 upgrades on it. and in 2 weeks it should be on the market

you're better off getting nico's than that 1 with 200km on it.

the NSX engine is designed to get better after every 30,000Kms

provided its serviced regularly.

can you elaborate on that? its design to get "better" after more kms?

yep, most engineers in Japan has approved this as well.

I'm not sure about the exact detail. but it is designed that way. thats why, in Japan, they still love using the old C30A engine up until now and changing the final drive ratio. or mating them with the new type r gearbox

Sure it is, however what is an average amount of K's for a rebuild?

I watched alot of VTEC Club DVDs from Best motoring and also from Honda Tuning magazine. I forgot which series was that tho.

I reckon its the material that they're using.

like titanium for example.

I think it was an old bestmotoring Vtec bible where they dynoed high mileage nsxs with 150'000kms and found that they made slightly more power than stock.
So some people form an opinion that high kms nsx are great....

what is the only thing that changes with age on pretty much all engines ?

Carbon buildup , which increases compression and can slightly increase "power".

No, I second that claim though... I remember watching it as well. They did explain after a certain kms the NSXs were performing better. I don't think it's an impression, but then again you never know right?
I'll see if I can find out which volume it was and come back....
