I'd say it'd work. Not the 6-8WHP they're claiming though. You'd be able to source the parts required locally a lot cheaper than buying this kit.

Yup. The gains are very small in real life. :)
Read up the TB coolant bypass mod over at tsx.acurazine.com

isnt there the risk of the throttle body freezing up? hence the coolant going thru the TB in the first place?

I think thats why they say its not recommended if u live in a place that is really cold eg. snowy places...but as for other places like Queensland and metro syd it will never really gets that cold....well cold enough to freeze the TB...

yeah got one of those on my B series.. came with my spacer kit along with tb and iacv spacer.... the plenum is heps cooler.. but the gains.. i dare say are minimal as stated.

source the parts yourself at supercheap... $3 for metal double ended nipple and $5 for hose.... the hose doesn't even need to be high pressure as it's a low pressure area

i did it as a DIY, didn't notice any difference, I happened to have a reducer lying around, and didn't close it completely just in case there is a cold snap coming around.

Not worth the hassle.... the gains are small, and might warranty issues if anything goes faulty in the engine.

Gains are minimal at best. Its a simple and easy mod to do yourself. I did it on my dc2r. I would perfer a cooler TB than hot water going through it.

Only completley bypass it in a warm climate.
