can you send bulk pm's?

it is possible to send a couple of people the same pm in one go? coz i tried doing it but it wouldn't let me. so i had to send each a pm individually.

Yes, it can be done.

Under Recipient Username(s) just write the name of the people you want to send the PM's to and separate the names with a ;

i tried to do that a while ago and it said i could only send it to one user at a time. i thought it was pretty stupid that you could only do one at a time.

Simple. Stops PM spamming ( IE advertising)

Its not such an inconvenience - never had a complaint about it in the 4 years of this site sofar.

its kind of a hassle when your trying to organise for a group event for a select few people. Especially when you have to wait 90 seconds between pm'ing 12 people the same thing...

thats true ~ im sure there is a way to enable multiple sending BUT time limits too etc.

As said it's to prevent spamming essentially. If there are a lot of people involved.....then you should really be creating a thread.....Ie that's what the forum is for :) (or use email)
