I have read the D.I.Y. but I'm a total noob with anything electrical.
I think I need to plug my Halo wires into a Voltage regulator and then into the parker plug...am I right?
Also where can i get a voltage regulator from? Is it somewhere special or can I just go to Autobahn or somewhere like that? And price of one of those?
Thanx in advance, Jerome

u will have a + and a - for the parker lights ( halo ring) which you need to cut your parker light plug on your current wiring loom, and that should be it..

Yeah but in the DIY thred it said something about installing a voltage regulator or a spike stopper to stop the Halos from getting a surge and damaging the LEDs

ive had halos dat blew within 6 months, the reason i am unsure of but i have done a full DIY on my lights now,
i hav 3 halo rings instead of the 1 or 2 dat sum have,
best advise dat i could give is USE a resistor at all costs, even if it already has one, cause the ones u proly got are of really low quality, and if u wanna be super carefull even attach a fuse to it,

Yeah cheers mate. I'm installing them right as we speak but I'll be getting my spike thingy in the next few days. I won't be driving the car until after its been installed anyways cos I'm leaving the sunny Gold Coast for gloomy Sydney on Wednesday
