make sure you buy it in bulk... what design are you going for? coz resin is the real killer. the glass itself is cheap cheap.

Ok, here is my plan, Have the 2x 12" subs along the back (traditionallY) facing the back of the car. then have an oval cut outta the floor and replaced with perspex...THEN, have the amps under the perspex on display with an Alpine Sticker accorss the perspex and maybe some neons for visual effect...What do you guys think?

yeah wont need FG for that, just do it in MDF... cheaper, easier, quicker.

instead of using a sticker, why not get glass and get alpine eched into it.

Yeah ive thought about it and my main concern is cost...Do you have an idea on what it would cost?

hahahaha maybe if you pay someone to do it for you.

$300 tops for FG
$150 for MDF depending on how far your going with it.

You could get away with a 200 on FG with twin subs.

I wouldn't bother with perspecs etching, doubt it would look at nice as glass... but I'd say a sheet of glass big enough to cover an amp would cost around $10. etching would be a bit though... probs $50+???

if your in melbourne go to that PFi the producers of the stuff... its a lot cheaper. That or go to a body kit joint and convince em to give you 8lts of resin or something. Coz they pay the same price for 20lts as we do for 4. ($60)
