hey

i tried searchin in the DIY to find out how to build a custom subwoofer box for ur boot but couldnt find the ones ive read previosly i dont kno why


pretty much what i wana do is a custom boot install like the comp ones...

couple of questions

What type of material would u use

and how do u mould it to the side of the boot or so on so forth

i got 94 eg civic sedan boot?

hope sumone can help or point me in the right direction

hmmmm i didnt look thru that thread before, it doesnt tell you how to mould but it tells you what materials/equipment you need.

look this thread out for making boot mouldings, this one isnt very extensive tho..

You need mdf, glue, nail gun, fiberglass sheets, ring cutter, jig saw, saw bench, heat melt glue stick, gloves, safety glass, vinyl carpet or paint.
lots of cables, danamate,

first use the mdf to frame the roughly shape of your enclosure, then use some silk screen to cover the gaps and resin it and applie fiberglass..
