The passenger side of my Euro Lux 05 fog light lens cracked about 6-12 months ago and just notice a few days ago that my driver side fog light has also cracked :(

I ask my dealer a few months ago when I did my 70K service and they reckoned it was because of stone chips. I was not so sure with their answer because the cracked was started from the side of the lens

When I saw my second fog light cracked, I think it might be a common problem. Does anyone have the same problem?

I think OEM fog light cost around $250 each and I saw in ebay someone sell a set for less than $200 for after market one. Have anyone use the after market one & how's the quality?

Honestly I am not sure if I want to spend my money to change them if they will cracked again soon. :(:(

narh... unfortunately mine were not under warranty... due to the fact that .....a rock hit it and cracked... and its counted as self harm ( sorri incorrect terminology)

if urs have cracked jst by themselves...incapability of handling the head produced by the lights itself... it should be covered under ... warranty.. take the problem up with the service department ....if they see that it wasnt because of stone chips or self inflicted* im sure theyd be more then happy to replace it...

unfortunate thing is that u cannot jst replace the outer casing...

Thanks for the info.
I could not find any information from the forum if any other people have this problem including in the thread that Lxry mention.

I guess it might be just my car because I think it was not because of a stone chip problem. In this case I think I might change mine to a new one later. I just want to try to find cheaper alternative in Ebay or if anywant wants to sell their OEM fog light, please pm me. I think $500 to replace both light is a quite expensive.

Thanks.

I'll check the traders section.
For me Sydney is fine because I do a lot of Biz trip around Australia. I just need to find the right one because I saw in the TSX forum somewhere that there are many OEM look fog light and many of them does not fit into the OEM fog light housing.

This guy sell the fog light assembly only without the housing and wiring/switch:

This is what I need, but they are in US. Shipping is going to be very expensive.
