haha luckily i did this yesterday! ok here we go
B4 u DO ANYTHING MAKE SURE U GOT THE SECURITY PASSWORD FOR UR STEREO SYSTEM. call honda if u dont

first u need to follow this link
http://www.clubrsx.com/cr/SSIIAS.html

thats to take the factory HU out.

though remember before u start taking things apart, make sure u got all the required wiring u need for the amp sub etc.
ok u need to buy a LOC a level output converter, i just bought this alpine one from GCCS (goldcoast car sound)

then what i had done was, tapped it off the rear speakers, i realised that i didnt know what colors was the rear speakers, so i took out the rear speakers (they just pop out) and found out the colors of the cables, then just wired them up to the LOC. left to left right to right speakers etc.

then i needed to run a 4 guage wire for the amp from the battery thru to the car, so the hole? i think thats what u call it haha, is located behind the glove box, all u do to remove the glove box is on the top right and left (when opened) ull see two clip kinda things, which u just pull out.

then theres a rubber seal that the normal wires for the car runs thru from the engine. thats where u have to run ur power wire (4 guage) to the engine to inside car. though there is space in the rubber seal which means no hole, all i did was grabbed a screw driver and put a little whole thru it, and connected the guage wire to a zip tie and poked the zip tie thru while the 4guage being (taped) connected to the zip tie.

then u go inside and pull the zip tie and there u go! u got the 4 guage thru.

ok hope ur following hahaha..
then u need to find the remote for the amp, what i had done was put the keys in the car and turn it on and off, to find a power source that does the same, my stereo wire that done that was orange and red, ok once u found the power source (ull know what im talking abt if u get the alpine LOC otherwise i dont know haha) u connect the remote to the wire that comes from the loc that states on it (rmt) or somthing.

then run the wires thru the car, connect everything up! hope i helped hehehehehe

thats basically what i had done, took like 2 hrs+

i think thats it aye.. mmmm cant remember anything else

Hey, good remote to use, is the power going to the cig lighter :P it has a fuse, and goes on and off with the car power. use this if the stereo doesn't have a remote wire on it.
