View Full Version : H1 Bulb Replacement Help !!

i need to replace my H1 bulbs in my angeleye headlights for my civic .. and i cant remove the metal thing attached to the bulb .. i tried to yank it out but it wont come out .. is there a way to do it or a trick .. someone please help me .. thanks !

its the metal bit connected to the bulb .. it wont come loose

that metal thing can't be removed of a h1 bulb without f*cking it up..

why do u need to take it off? its suposed to be attached to the bulb?

can u pull out the bulb?

why you have to take the metal off that connect to the bulb?

or you talking about the metal spring that holding the bulb in the headlight housing?

i need to take it off to replace it with a new bulb .. its the metal thing that has the wire connecting to the bulb

hmm, wouldnt that be plastic ? the thing where it holds the bulb to the wires right ? that should be plastic with a lil button u push it in and pull it out.

make sure ur pressing the lil button thing and wiggle it a lot. had the same trouble with mine

i pushed the little button thing .. well im not sure its a little button but its a whole .. i might take some pictures tomorrow so you guys can see .. if anyone else has any suggestions please help me out !
