they'll work, and they'll fit, but their design was for american spec which the driver's side is different to here. the only problem is the cut off line of the low beam would be ____/ but here in oz we use the low beam like \______ the little \__ is for lite up the signs beside the road. but the US one will just blind incoming vehicle.

not a big problem. still works.

so if i get them they will be too bright in lowbeam, could i modify them somehow?

you can. ive done my research and i found the halogen globes burn out real quick, and i've heard people rewire hte headlights to stop that happening + the halogen globes to replace are a real slut .thats why i havent changed mine yet

if they are projectors, you will have to oven them and remove the cover. then unscrew the projector lense. pull them appart and flip the internal cutoff plate. then reassemble.

If you want lights you can't go past a set of Lightforce......good for approx 500 meters on a straight road

just make sure you dont go for the cheaper ones as ive also heard they burn really quickly. as for adjusting the lights, there should be two screws at the back of the light so you can adjust the profile of the light beam to suit a RHD car.
also i think you might have to check if the lights have a park light, because with my projectors i don't and had to use a double contact socket for my signals - 5w for park and 25w for signal. had to splice the active park light cable and rewire it to the low socket of my signals.
Also just make sure the beam hits below the trim, everyone hates those people with the fake HID kits that just produce glare everywhere.

i got some from US via EBay, as they all said the light shines the wrong way lol. did oven em and all that to fix something i broke inside.

but totaly forgot to flip the metal bit.
i used a hiar dryer to do myn.

damn.. that explains why i could never get the alignment right when i was adjusting them... passenger side beam sticks out a tad.. coz it's their driver side.

i'd never try and oven my lights, i'd just stuff them up, lol
