car lacking power and ugly smell from exhaust

i have an eg5, its gone about 150k, and the launch of the car seems very slow. say im stopped at a set of lights,1st gear, rev rises very slowly to around 2.5k then quickly picks up to 3-4k, same with 2nd gear. i initially thought it was my headers, there were tiny cracks on the pipes, but ive recently changed my headers to a set of xforce ones, but it is still happening.

also whenever i hit the accelerator white/grey smoke comes out of the exhaust, and it stinks. any ideas on how to fix these 2 problems?

u might wanna check your compression...see what it reads...

If there is a bad smell coming out , maybe you have a rooted o2 sensor or cat convertor . Does your back fire or blow smoke , or use alot of fuel too ?
