Aftermarket Air con controller?

bit of a wierd question, but I cbf with the whole EK9 Air con conversion (parts are too hard to find) plus its to pricey esp considering i have to regas my air con. so my question is is there some sort of small, elite nice air con controller i can buy for my car that bolts right up and that i can mould into my dash?

id of course want it to be smaller than my current air con controller that is huge, preferbly uses a digital meter or perhaps dials. but if i come to think of it, the air box (or is is it heater core?) uses a mechansim that relies on it to be pulled/pushed for temperatrue change so thats also a problem

any ideas ladies

i have air con, its just the controller is so huge and the EK9 controller is much sexier but the conversion is too pricey (its actually not that pricey itself, but regassing is required and thats like $250)

regasing will cost you 90bux. you're getting ripped off with 250dollar re gas

i believe they charge $250 to perform a ac "re-condition" where they check for leaks and also clean out the system then perform a re-gas.

hahah ur carpet DIY is done :p i have to go source the parts now for the ek9 conversion. last guy who had the parts wouldnt offer me a price, he told me to offer HIM a price !?
