I was under the impression that the baby seat was attatched to where the optional Type R Rear reinforcement bar goes. Along the Rear Wall of the car (directly under the taillights) Although you could be right. Just wondering if i take them out anything will fall apart lol. I have some ideas.

Thanks.

17mm in length ? or 17mm head ? if you cant show us a picture of where the bolt is , then maybe DESCRIBE to us where it is ? and which direction its facing(facing to wards rear boot etc..)

id say they are holding your rear reinforcement bar (inside your bumper)

no they're not for the ITR boot bar, I've got a bar but it doesn't fit coz it needs extra holes drilled and I'm not game to do it yet.

? the boot bar resides on the vertical part of the boot , while these 2 bolts that the guy is talking about reside on the horizontal part of the rear of the boot. They go thru , and hold the bumper reinforcement inplace.
