Does power steering pump fit on B16 in 89 CRX?

Almost completed B16 conversion.....last day of fitting and can't seem to get the power steering pump to fit on B16. The pulley seems to interfere with the power steering oil cooler lines plus the fluid line from the steering rack does not reach round the motor to the pump!!!!!!!
Who has done the B16 conversion and has managed to fit the pump?
Is the only option to run without the power steering?
How heavy is the steering without the assistance?

I haven't done the conversion, but I do know the engine positioning in an EF8/EF9 or DA6 (all 1G B16A powered cars) is different to where the hasport & place mounting kits fit it, so that may well be the issue. This may well be the issue you are facing. People in the US who didn't get PS will tell you it's fine... I prefer it personally. Being new to the Honda it sure helps to get to know the various web sites.....the EF-Honda is cool.
Looks like I will managed with the pump......have had several helpers come up with their solutions.
