How do you know what i like mate?
For all you know i mite like integras jacked up an extra 3 inches.

Anyway, the height does look tough, but that is not what we are talking bout!

No hostilities here mate... low cars do look tuff, but color and height are unrelated!

hrmm got it fitted on and the rear tyres kinda scraps when i hit bumps
my car isnt very low as well :S

get spacers like this, it has the center hub bit for more strenght

Bludger speaks the truth! :)

The H&R ones also have their own set of wheel studs, to ensure that your lug nuts are properly threaded. Don't go the first option and do it the right way.

a few extra quid for the re-assurance in knowing that when you take a corner hard, the wheel studs aren't going to give way is cheap imo

where do i buy those spacers?
approximately how much are they?
do i really need them for the rear wheels? as the front wheels are fine without spacers.
