Probably some bug has made a home in the drain pipe over winter. Dont know where it is on the EG but I would suggest looking for a black rubbery hose that sticks out of the lower passengerside firewall. :)

there is a small black hose that comes out from your ac box behind the glove box that hose mite be loose or cracked. the hose should also be going through the floor to exit the excess water. if it is loose just put a zip tie around the top for a temporary fix or if it is damaged just replace it

yep that solved it fellas!! duno why i never bothered checking it, wasn't even behind the glove box, more under it for easy access. it was a black hose disconnected from this triangular-ish black box. got pushed off by my floor mats moving up...

the hose is now clamped on :D

and now my windows are left open in the sun to dry/air out the water stench

for anyone else who manages to search this thread, the below picture outlines what Neoplian and 90LAN mentioned above...

sorry bout crap pic, it was dark and it was raining, as you can see it's directly above where my mats sit and directly UNDER the glovebox

after securing the hose, the water still leaks...
it seems that water isn't flowing out of my "black" container fast enuff...

anyone has similar problems + solutions?
thanks

Run the car with the A/C on and get yourself a torch and watch where it's leaking from.

My old pulsar had a crack in the catcher box itself. A bit of sikaflex soon fixed that :D

Take the hose out and check that it isnt blocked with shite! Quite common for it to happen.

i think that rubber hose pokes out the fire wall right ? i know on commodores they block up alot so at work we just get a long cable ties an poke it up the hose to unblock it
