Changes to Headunit on a 06 Civic VTi

This is probably a silly question but has anyone changed their head unit in their VTi? Is it even possible :S? If so wat type of system did u put in?

yeah some guy did that already if i recall correctly he goes by the name of amurray

yes i have lol. i have a pioneer DEH 7950. also coming up is apline type Rs front and rear.

the actul process of changing the headunit is not difficult, but taking the panels apart might be hard as there are some screws that hard hard to access.

Look on 8thcivic.com. there are heaps of posts on how to change ur headunit in our FD1s.

also btw u need the dash replacement. PM DMX about it and he'll hook you up.

theyre double din or can we get singles?

you get DD only but can buy a blocker plate if u wish to stick a single din in.. but DD touch screen is the way to go..
