VAFC II pinouts

can someone help me with installing a VAFC II into an obd1 car.
i have the stock ecu pinouts and the VAFC II wire diagram but dont understand the ecu lingo.

eg: is (IG power) ignition power?

i have so far only found the:

wire pinout

VTM signal- D6
TDC signal- B14
Throttle signal- D11

Help would be appreciated

wh1 - obd1
wh2 - obd2a
wh3 - obd2b

you only need to connect the following to work, there might be an extra 2 wires (orange + l/blue)
that dont need to be connected.
