TSX Projectors, Clear Parkers + DIY Installation

Can someone please tell me where I can buy some TSX HID projectors for my 2007 Honda Civic JDM FD in Australia? the only places I've seen are cheap faulty ebay ones which I want to avoid. I'm also looking for buy some clear bulbs for my parker lights but don't know where I can find these. I'm thinking about doing a DIY job for replacing the headlight housing with TSX projectors when I can find it so I can save the $90 per hour which the garage people charge. Does anyone have DIY guide for headlight installation?

are there clear or cool blue fogs and parkers available? Also do the sylvannia silverstars produce the same colour of light as the Cool blue?
