Hi, new here and don't really know much about cars etc.

I got the chance to drive a Honda Accord Euro 2005 Deluxe model. I loved the car and everything about it particularly smoothness etc however I found the power to be a little on the lacking side :(. Maybe it was my ability to drive manual since i'm used to driving an Auto V8 Commodore but is there any packages available to increase the factory power safely and reliably? Is there a model above this with more power?

Hmm, I love the sound of the turbo cars but it seems like a lot of trouble to go to. Someone at autobarn said an air filter can give an extra 30hp.. are there any things like this I could do easily to the euro?

My friend got one of these: http://www.autoaccessorystore.com/home_n.asp?dir=detail&id=952 on his Excel and he reckons it made the car way better.

Don't get an Euro if you are after a powerful car. There are other alternatives if you want good acceleration.

when do you shift gear? if you shift between 2000-3000rpm and never go over 3k, you might find it abit lacking. when i first started to drive manual dats what i used to do since the auto cars shift around there.
also the euro is more of a luxury car rather than performance, so their power to weight ratio isnt as good as a more sporty car. bolt on performance parts like air filter and exhaust will only slightly increase performance.

I'm very happy with the power of my euro running the jtune kit, damn quicker that the VT SS V8 I had, handles far better and drinks half the fuel..

If I want to go really quick I'll get another bike!
