gutter marks on rims?

is there any way that gutter marks can be removed from the rims?
i got a couple with the car wen i bought it
so just wondering if there is any way to get rid of them :P
besides buyin a new set lol

depends on how deep it is.. you can sand it... a lot of sanding!
I had the same problem when I bought my used rims; they looked bad then, but wiht a bit of hard labour to it,now its looks as new.

u can take them to the mag repairer shop and they will fix it up like brand new, etc.

I dont have the "before" pics as i didnt really have intentions of posting it on DIY's sorry. post a colse up pic of ur rims and i'll tell you roughly if its close to what I've had.

are they actually gutter marks? because if they are, they'd have to be deep at some parts and would be hard to sand, i wouldnt think about sanding it if they are.

yeah man if they're deep gutter marks, i'd leave it alone, or you can go to wheel repairer which will cost you.

i got chips and bits missing and the wheel is also bend abit.. HAHAH

yeh i noe..jus dont like the look of gutter marks lol haha :P one thing i cant stand are dirty wheels :P

with yours you can get them polished out. EIther DIY or i think they charged me $40 per rim to polish the lip. WIll need to take the wheel off though
