Transmission oil

Hey guys ... I just serviced my car and find that the gear shift is still a little sticky. As i only recently bought this car don't really know what i should do with it yet. But i was told that if the gears feel sticky while changing i should change the tranny oils which will get it going.

So what oils should i use and has anyone else done it before?? Thx

The gears are naturally clunky, you dont want the throws to be too loose. Standard honda MTF oil should be fine. Either that, or you car got thrashed by some little shit kicker mechanic whilst they were servicing it. lol

no probs ... currently just putting on some tyres. so will get that checked out after the tyres go on. can't drive with no rubber ;)
