accord j30 v6 oil grade?

hi there, im just wondering what grade of oil honda recommends for use in the j30v6 in the 03-07 accord? in north america they recommend 5w20, here in australia is it the same or do they go for something thicker like 5w30 or 10w30?

It's 10w-30 here. They use 5w-20 in the US because it allows them to meet the fuel consumption targets.
