yes it will, but 96-98prefactlift headlights are different to the facelift 99-00.
but yeh ek coupe, sedan and hatch headlights the same.
you have a 96 model so any headlight from 96-98ek will fit
btw the hatchs are called EK, the preface lift coupe is EJ and facelift coupe is EM
