i own a gli eg which comes with the rev tacho stock. and it use to work fine and read properly but recently about 3months now its seems like its playing up. when i drive, the rev tacho goes slowly from 1000 -2000rpm and then i shift, but the engine seems to be screaming like its at 2500-3000rpm.
why do i think its at 2500 -3000rpm? its because sometimes the rev tacho jumps from 2000rpm to 2500 -3000rpm. has anyone encountered this problems?
