Will the DC5 Mugen Air Intake for Type R fit a 2005 Type S? Or is there a specific model for the type S?

Yep had a look at that thread earlier, just in the MAXHONDA it had the airfilter listed separately for $280. I'm assuming this is for replacement parts. At the same time I'm also looking to replace the stock front bar, looked around and the only place I can find is carmate.com.au where they have the m style front bar, but I've read bad reviews on the quality of these parts. Any suggestions on where to get DC5 front bars?
Thanks

remove the stock front bar and remove the front grill... this will supply ample air to the intake. The mugen air box follows the same concept as the OEM airbox... its just the air box is ALOT larger, uses a panel filter, and is completly smooth on the side.
So as the air intake is in the same place as stock, i don't understand why everyone (in the link supplied by xposed) says you should get a aftermarket front bar if you get a mugen intake... its just stupid... (note: all the people that say that have Injen or Gruppe M intakes and have no experiance with the Mugen intake and are worring about nothing) just remove the front grill if you are that worried about it.

Would you be able to use a K&N cleaner and oil spray on these?
As MUGEN do use an oiled based filter right!

I'm not getting the front bar just for the intake although you do see people saying it makes a difference, I do like the look of the mugen front bar and mine is a little scratched up and I'm looking around for a upgrade/replacement. But I understand these are really expensive and hard to come by?
