it's neither, ek1's are obdgay. to convert to obd1 or obd2a/b you can buy a jumper harness from EdgeAuto in the trader section.

Yes i know you can buy a conversion harness, but is 99 model Ek1 obd2A or B

P.S it belongs to one of the trader's, he was nice enough to post it before for another member to identify their obd ecu
