need more info on amp & sub. specifically what impedence the sub can b run at, how low a load your amp can go & more accurate power ratings.
what about 4CH 600W AMP for a pair 150w front splits and one 800w to 1000w sub?

Yes 600w is fine for good bass. But it depends on the quality of the Sub and Amp.
Avoid the cheap stuff like pioneer/sony/boss/insertcheapbrandhere since most of the "well known common brands" are cheaply made and overpriced, and lie when they specify their wattage.
Go for a good european/american brand like JL Audio, Audison, Boston Acoustics, Focal, etc.. (dont use ebay since they sell a lot of fake speakers there)
Grab a 150WRMSx4 Amp, and bridge two of the channels to a decent 300WRMS+ Sub, and the other two to the fronts or rears
