does anyone know where i can mold a hair line crack on my header cheap and reliable..
its a dc sports stainless,.. the cracked is where it meets 4-1..
im located at strathfield area..
also, is it that bad losing back presure that power is lost..?

Try performance Exhaust in North Parra/North mead (Same place depending on which map you look at) 96835688

He should be able to weld it for you as he welds stainless & aluminum as well as exhausts

Heard from friends that north mead performance exhaust is v.good.
looking at doing a custom exhaust setup with them soon.

He's built me about 5-6 custom exhausts already lol.

Any yes everyone has been a work of art. i just keep thinking of new things :)

I'd highly recommend him

don't repaired cracked headers tend to recrack? or is that just a myth?

depends on the headers and who does them.
DC headers are quite good and so is the repairer so this one should be fine.

Only prob is when cheap material is used, and also when the welder does not know how to adjust the welding setting properly
