Hey guys,

Just wondering what would it approx cost to change the EJ8 rear drum brakes to disc and what does it involve?

You need EJ rear trailing arms, handbrake cable, rotors, calipers and pads (the whole assembly should all be sold together anyway). This will cost anywhere between 300 to 600 dollars depending where you go. Larger wreckers tend to be much cheaper (with the exception of a certain one on Westall Rd). Hondaspares on Bridge Rd is the cheapest I've found if your in Melbourne.

IF you want to fit it yourself, you need to check out some DIY's cos I have no idea on how to do it lol :D
